Ms. Thierry Braem - Partner
Thierry has been with the Real Estate and Infrastructure tax group of PwC Luxembourg for eleven years, having previously worked for four years in various law firms in Paris. During the earlier part of his professional career in France, he worked on a number of real estate and infrastructure structuring projects, and remains particularly familiar with the French environment. Recent project work has involved the structuring of various Luxembourg debt fund structures. Thierry also has particular familiarity with Luxembourg funds regulatory matters, focusing on issues involving the choice of a suitable regulatory regime and legal form for Luxembourg real estate vehicles.

Jisoo is a Principal and Senior Counsel at Hamilton Lane Advisors, L.L.C., where he has primary responsibility for all legal affairs related to Hamilton Lane products, including negotiations with limited partners and fund structuring. Jisoo also advises on other in-house legal matters, covering compliance and other regulatory concerns, and his previous responsibilities included significant experience with negotiating primary investments, secondary investments and co-investments on behalf of Hamilton Lane. Jisoo started his legal career in 2000 at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, focusing on U.S. and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, project finance, securities and other capital markets transactions. From 2005 to 2007, immediately prior to joining Hamilton Lane, Jisoo specialised in representing sponsors in their fund formation activities in the buyout, debt, energy, real estate, fund-of-funds, secondary and co-investment spaces with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Prior to practicing law, Jisoo was a certified public accountant, working at Price Waterhouse LLP, Houston, TX, specialising in international taxation.

Evelyn advises clients in relation to the establishment of alternative investment funds, both under the regulated SIF and SICAR regimes and in unregulated form. She offers ongoing assistance to a wide range of funds throughout their life. Evelyn has assisted in the listing of securities on both the regulated and Euro MTF markets operated by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and has extensive experience in the Luxembourg regulatory and corporate environment.
Ms. Imelda Shine - Country Manager Director
Imelda Shine is the Country Manager of Intertrust Ireland. Imelda was responsible for successfully establishing and growing Intertrust's business in Ireland beginning in 2009, and was also instrumental in the creation of the Intertrust AIFM offering in Ireland resulting in the formation of a separate company, Intertrust Alternative Investment Fund Management (Ireland) Ltd in 2015, of which Imelda is Managing Director and Head of Investment. She has experience in multi-asset class investments across both traditional and alternative asset classes. She also has alternative investment experience that spans multi-strategy hedge funds of funds, venture and growth capital private equity funds of funds and direct real estate.
Prior to the setup of the Intertrust AIFM, Imelda worked with clients and business partners to provide tailored corporate administration services to a wide variety of structures established by multinational corporates, private equity funds, investment banks, asset managers, aviation leasing companies and alternative investment funds. Imelda sits on the boards of SPVs engaged in structured finance, aviation leasing and finance, as well as a range of corporate and holding companies in the intellectual property, pharmaceuticals, technology and energy space. Prior to joining Intertrust, she worked in asset management in both the US and Ireland for over fifteen years.
Mr. Harald Thul - Business Unit Director, Real Estate Solutions
Harald is currently in charge, as Business Unit Director, of the real estate and AIFMD depositary departments within the Intertrust Luxembourg office. He represents Intertrust Luxembourg in the AIFMD Committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA) and is part of the ALFI/LPEA PE/VC Best Practice Sub-Committee for depositary services. Before joining Intertrust Group in January 2013, he was responsible for the audit of regulated and unregulated real estate and private equity structures and financial institutions within a Big Four audit firm. He was a member of the Global International Accounting Group and the Local Technical Real Estate team and involved in the set-up of special investment funds.
