- Marylou's practice focuses on advising investment funds and management companies on their corporate structures, documentation, and regulatory compliance. She provides comprehensive support to both regulated fund vehicles (including Part II, SIFs, and SICARs) and unregulated vehicles such as RAIFs, guiding clients through all stages of the fund lifecycle from inception to liquidation.
- Marylou has extensive experience across a wide range of asset classes, including infrastructure, real estate, private equity, and loan origination. She provides strategic counsel on both liquid and illiquid investment strategies, enabling her to deliver tailored solutions across diverse fund structures and investment approaches. Her deep understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory ecosystem and strong working relationships with regulators enable her to navigate complex compliance requirements efficiently.
- Since 2020, Marylou has been an integral member of the Nordic desk, assisting Nordic AIFMs and fund promoters in establishing and structuring their funds in Luxembourg. She holds an LL.M. in Collective Investment Schemes from the University of Luxembourg and is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
