This Legitech conference provides a valuable opportunity to explore recent developments in Luxembourg tax jurisprudence and engage in a dialogue between the judiciary and tax practitioners.
Based on a selection of significant decisions handed down by the Administrative Court over the past twelve months, the conference will address key issues including the administration’s power of requalification, taxpayers’ procedural rights, directors’ personal liability, the recognition of permanent establishments and burden of proof, and international exchange of information.
