Lucca is part of our Private Equity and Corporate and M&A department. Specializing in corporate law, he provides a wide range of advice including the structuring, financing and refinancing of joint ventures, international buyout transactions, cross-border investments and corporate reorganisations, as well as the structuring and implementation of management investment programs, advising on the private equity firm’s side. Prior to joining us, Lucca was an in-house lawyer in a management company of a leading global financial institution providing services across investment banking, securities and investment management and consumer banking.
