BSP is pleased to invite you to attend its traditional Tax Forum on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. This year's forum is entitled “BSP Tax Forum: Six years after the first edition, is optimism back?”
While our first edition highlighted the growing conflict between taxpayers and the tax authorities, six years later we are seeing improved communication on the part of the authorities, as well as the adoption of various positive legislative initiatives. These developments give us hope for the creation of a more business-friendly tax environment in the future. Nevertheless, companies still face many challenges in the face of legislation that has become increasingly complex over the years. To discuss these issues, Alain Steichen, Gaëlle Felly, Pol Mellina and Daniel Riedel will be pleased to welcome Laura Bacharzyna, Lead Senior Adviser - Tax at the UEL, the Union of Luxembourg Companies.
