Delphine brings over a decade of international experience in corporate/M&A and banking and finance.  

Her practice focuses on supporting private equity firms, investment funds, and asset managers throughout the full lifecycle of private equity and real estate investments – from corporate structuring and investment acquisitions to exits – including the design and implementation of sophisticated intragroup and external debt financing arrangements.

She also has a strong track record advising financial institutions and alternative lenders on real estate finance, fund finance, and high-yield bond issuances.
