In cooperation with the lead Italian counsel NCTM, BSP advised Cromwell Property Group, a global real estate investor and manager acting in three continents – in collaboration with the Korean real estate investment company IGIS Asset Management, in the acquisition of 7 logistic properties located in the North of Italy and entirely leased to DHL. The team was involved in all the Luxembourg aspects of the transaction, including the set-up of a Luxembourg vehicle and the approval of the transaction at the level of the Luxembourg AIFM.
BSP cross-practice team was led by Fabio Trevisan, Partner and Head of the Italian Desk at BSP, assisted by the two members of the Italian Desk Federico Venturini, Counsel, and Gaëlle Felly, Counsel advising on all the tax aspects, and included Evelyn Maher, Partner, together with Marta Gajos, Associate, for all fund-related matters.

BSP con Cromwell Property Group nell’acquisizione di un portfolio logistico DHL
In collaborazione con lo studio italiano NCTM che ha guidato l’operazione, BSP ha assistito Cromwell Property Group, un investitore e gestore globale nell’ambito del real estate operante in tre continenti, in collaborazione con la società di investimento in real estate coreana IGIS Asset Management, nell’acquisizione di 7 proprietà logistiche situate nel Nord Italia e locate interamente a DHL. Il team è stato coinvolto in tutti gli aspetti lussemburghesi della transazione, ivi inclusi il set-up del veicolo lussemburghese e l’approvazione dell’operazione a livello dell’AIFM lussemburghese.
