BSP is pleased to have advised Genesis Capital, a private equity group offering growth and development financing to SME companies in Central Europe, on the structuring and establishment of its new private equity fund Genesis Private Equity Fund V (GPEF V). The fund will invest across a wide range of industries, with preference for sectors such as B2B services, light and medium manufacturing, IT services and specialised retail, e-commerce and consumer-oriented services.
The BSP team was led by Investment Management Partner Evelyn Maher, with support from Associate Gaston Aguirre Draghi. Partner Daniel Riedel and Senior Associate Laura Simmonds assisted on the tax aspects.
