BSP acted as lead counsel to the finance parties on the EUR 159,000,000 refinancing of the Helios office complex.
The Helios office complex is one of the largest office developments in Luxembourg, comprising approximately 88,000 m² of office space and is located in Cloche d'Or, one of Luxembourg's prime office districts.
BIL Corporate Finance acted as arranger of the financing, which was provided by Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, Berlin Hyp, Bank of China Limited, Luxembourg Branch, and Eurobank Limited.
