In a few months, it will be five years since the General Data Protection Regulation came into force, denouncing the rights of individuals and setting out the obligations of those who process data, as well as those who are responsible for their processing. It also sets out the methods for ensuring compliance, and sanctions (some of them heavy) have already been imposed. The RGPD is, or should be, a matter of course. But when is it really?
