- BSP authorise the use of artificial intelligence applications to perform certain tasks in strict compliance with our ethical, regulatory and legal obligations
- BSP prohibit the injection of confidential data or data covered by professional secrecy into an AI tool accessible to third parties. BSP only use self-hosted solutions or AI solutions integrated into a secure cloud in a dedicated environment, where your data does not leave our controlled infrastructure.
- BSP will be transparent about how we use AI.
- BSP remain responsible and accountable for work product generated with the assistance of AI. All results generated by AI are systematically fact-checked and controlled before being used. The final analysis and decision always rest with our lawyers' own professional judgement.
- Before using an authorised AI application for the first time for professional purposes, all our staff must undergo mandatory training. We offer regular training courses to ensure a sufficient level of AI knowledge.
- We comply with the guidelines issued by the Luxembourg Bar on the use of generative AI.
