Selected experience
- Gastón is a member of the Investment Management Department and has experience advising Luxembourg investment fund vehicles, both regulated (including UCITS, SIFs and SICARs) and unregulated (including RAIFs and other alternative structures), as well as their management companies, throughout their full lifecycle—from structuring and establishment to ongoing operations and liquidation in Luxembourg, including all related regulatory filings with the competent local authorities.
