Selected experience
- Giuseppe is a member of the Investment Management Department and a key member of BSP’s Italian Desk.
- He specialises in the structuring and formation of alternative investment funds and their managers (AIFMs), with expertise in private equity, venture capital and credit funds. He advises fund sponsors, asset managers, and investors on complex transactional and regulatory matters, including secondary transactions, governance, compliance, carried interest arrangements, co-investments, restructurings and exits.
- Practicing in Luxembourg since 2019, Giuseppe combines Luxembourg and Italian market experience in the structuring and regulation of alternative investment funds. Prior to relocating to Luxembourg, he worked for several years at leading law firms, where he developed extensive expertise in fund formation, regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering matters, advising Italy-based AIFMs and alternative investment structures.
