LAA Lunch Seminar | Arbitration and Investment Funds

BSP is pleased to host the Luxembourg Arbitration Association's Lunch Seminar on Thursday, 19^th June at 12:00pm.

The investment funds industry has such a specific set up of multiple parties and multiple contracts, how do you make your dispute resolution clauses work? For this lunch seminar dedicated to disputes in the investment fund industry, Fabio Trevisan (Partner and Head of BSP's Dispute Resolution Practice) and Françoise Lefèvre (renowned Belgian arbitration practitioner) will discuss whether there are any specific tools which would allow investment fund actors to solve their disputes efficiently. 

The session will be followed by a networking lunch.
