Handling premium transactions for well-known companies in the market, our highly successful Corporate M&A and Capital Markets department keeps up with an impressive growth trajectory and is therefore looking for an Experienced lawyer to support our Corporate M&A and Capital Markets team.
Your tasks
This role requires a talented and motivated lawyer to work on a wide range of high value and often complex transactions while meeting tight deadlines.
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following functions:
- Reinforce our team and advise our blue chip international and regional clients in a wide range of corporate and M&A and capital market transactions;
- Provide tailor-made advice and pragmatic innovative solutions in corporate, capital markets and finance matters as well as participate in large M&A / capital market transactions, including incorporation deeds, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, corporate authorisations, merger proposals, deed of transfer, and financing documents; IPO, takeover, corporate governance. The candidate should be willing to work on a wide spectrum of transactions including potentially the litigation part of these transactions.
- Participate actively in the French Desk activities.
Your Profile

3 to 4 years’ experience, including some in Luxembourg and fully registered on List I or IV of the Luxembourg bar;

A university degree in law, ideally completed by a LLM or by a post graduate degree;

A perfect command of English and French is required; knowledge of German is a plus;

You are a team player and able to work both independently and as part of a team;
- You are professional, dedicated and rigorous and possess significant organisational skills and the ability to manage heavy workload in a timely manner as well as review the work of juniors.
