Billing and Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a Billing and Administrative Assistant to join and grow within our team.

Your tasks

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following functions:

  • Help the team dealing with daily correspondence (emails, mail and phone calls) which also include booking of supplier invoices and amendment of client invoices;
  • Issuing/Preparation of client invoices in compliance with internal and client procedures;
  • Follow-up client accounts to monitor outstanding debts and do the necessary recovery;
  • Monthly submission of WIP reports;
  • Other administrative tasks.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Administration;
  • You have good administrative skills;
  • You have a good command of the Microsoft Office package;
  • You have a perfect command of English and French;
  • The knowledge of law firm software “Avonca” is considered an advantage;
  • You are dynamic, motivated and possess good reasoning/logical skills.
