Your responsibilities
You will assist our corporate/finance department in:

Drafting standard corporate documents (board minutes, notarial deeds, shareholders resolutions, etc.)

Assistance with the finalisation of finance documents (execution of agreements, closing completion checks, issuance of legal opinions, closing bible, etc.);
-
Organising board and shareholders meetings;

Filings with and obtaining documents from the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register (RCS) and the Register of Beneficial Owners (RBE);

Compliance checks (conflicts, KYC, DAC6);

Assistance with the updating of statutory and internal registers and records;

Liaising with clients, notaries and lawyers (both internally and externally).
Your qualifications

Law degree (Bachelor) or substantial experience working in a law firm in similar function;

Fluency in French and English. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish would be considered an asset;

Excellent knowledge of "MS Office" tools (in particular Word and Excel);

Ability to manage a heavy workload in a timely manner;

Significant organisational skills.
