Gaming Law - Second Edition 2014 - Jurisdictional comparisons

The European Lawyer Reference published the second edition of “Gaming Law Jurisdictional Comparisons”, a book intended to be a useful broad guide to the legal and regulatory framework for gaming and a comparison of the varied approaches to this area of law between jurisdictions throughout the world. In drawing on the knowledge and expertise of the principal gaming lawyers from each jurisdiction, readers also have a useful directory of firms in important locations, all of whom be willing to provide further guidance where necessary.

The Luxembourg section of  “Gaming Law” was written by BSP Gaming Law expert Michaël Kitai.
