Bonn Steichen & Partners’ team head Alain Steichen is ‘an absolute scholar’. As well as being regularly involved in the tax structuring of M&A transactions, Steichen also advises on various European tax law questions and has a particular focus on EU state aid.

Jointly headed by Pierre-Alexandre Degehet, Laurent Lazard and Jean Steffen, the team at Bonn Steichen & Partners is particularly accomplished at handling high yield capital markets transactions as well as structured finance mandates – where it has recently acted for several international banks on establishing a platform for the issuance of such instruments.
